The inspector she recommended, Green Valley Inspection Services, despite its focus on plumbing, failed to detect, ostensibly, that the drainage pipes to my home were not working properly when a simple camera inspection would have served to inform me. The sewer drainage system had substantial deterioration. The inspector claims that she should have hired a sewer inspector costing me thousands in repairs, stress and horrific living conditions, and expenses. The facts also lead to a conclusion which suggests that, Ms. Robling, the seller, on behalf and Mr. Stichter, home inspector conspired to sell a home with a material defect.
